Trinity was absolutely wonderful to work with during the clubhouse rental process for my daughter’s graduation party. Graduation week became very chaotic with multiple schedule changes due to weather, and Trinity’s calm, helpful attitude made the entire process so much less stressful. She was incredibly knowledgeable about the rental process, fees, setup expectations, and returning the clubhouse to its original condition, and she explained everything so clearly and kindly. She was easy to talk to, accommodating, and truly made me feel supported throughout the process. Trinity is a fantastic addition to the team, and I would absolutely welcome working with her again in the future. I would highly recommend anyone considering renting the clubhouse to reach out to Trinity with any questions they may have.

Kathy Bullock and her team are very responsive, and I appreciate their open communication and transparency.
I had a great experience with Rose Spencer, who is our property manager for Association of Stafford Oaks, Inc. I was in the dark about parking on a property that is not serviced by LANDMARC Real Estate she gave me suggestions on the options that would facilitate the needs for an up coming gathering.
I left my name, phone number address of lived in Community and a short message, prior our conversation, she returned my call in a timely manner.
We contacted the office of Pelhams Crossing homeowners to obtain an approval form to replace the front door of our house .After turning in the completed form I was contacted by the community manager, Rose Spencer, who thanked me for coming in person to deliver the form and telling me that the form was done correctly. She also said she would call me as soon as they heard from the committee and would also send me a copy of the results. Rose was very polite and friendly and took the time to talk with me about our plans for the new door. As soon as she received word that we had the approval, she called to let me know and also sent a letter by email with all the details. I really appreciate her taking the time to let me know as soon as she heard. She was super nice and I really appreciate her willingness to take the time to keep me informed of the process.

Amazing!!
I want to start off by saying I moved to VCC in December and me and my family are LOVING it. The community is clean and well maintained. Neighbors are very friendly.
I hosted a birthday party for my daughter and had the pleasure of meeting Rose Spencer and let me just say, she’s incredible!!! She helped me with the whole process of booking the clubhouse and showed me around. Very hospitable, she offered me drinks as well as sweet treat for my girls. She’s so welcoming and very respectful. We always make sure to visit her every chance we get!◡̈

We were in the office completing our FL boat registration as newbies just getting our marina slot this year. Trinity Moore worked us through everything making sure all documents were correct. She also went over the FL test with us. Trinity was pleasant, thorough, and professional. It was a wonderful experience! Thank you Trinity!

How can I request resale certificate?
On the top right corner click “Order Resale Certificate”. This will direct you to the Resale Certificate Information page where you can review the fees. Once you click “Order Resale Certificate”, this will connect you to CondoCerts, our secure ordering center. You will be prompted to register. Once completed, click “Place Your Order Now!” and CondoCerts will guide you through ordering.
How can I pay my association assessments?
Payments can be made by check or money order, direct debt (ACH), online through this website or through your bank’s bill pay service. For more details on the different payment options we offer, go to the “Homeowner Links” tab above and click on “Payment” in the dropdown.
I just closed on my home. What do I do?
Congratulations on your purchase! After closing, your title company will send us a copy of your settlement paperwork and we will set up your association account.  Because it can take 1-2 weeks for us to receive the paperwork from the title company, we ask title agents to collect advanced assessments at closing, giving you some time before your first payment is due.  Once your new account is set up, we will send a welcome package to the property address including your new account number, contact information for your Community Manager and Accounts Manager and the date your first payment will be due.  If you will not be living at the property or will be moving in at a later date, please contact us with an alternate mailing address so we can make sure you receive the association information for your new property.
