I cannot speak highly enough of Jana Zettl, who recently took over as the property manager for our community. She has been absolutely remarkable from day one, well above and beyond what we could have expected.

I am incredibly impressed with Landmarc Real Estate! After reaching out to resolve a specific issue, I was met with nothing but professionalism. The staff member who first answered my call was exceptionally kind and helpful—she truly set the standard for great customer service.
I was then transferred to Gina Powers, who was equally amazing. Gina listened patiently to my concerns and provided clear, helpful guidance. When I visited the office in person, she was just as pleasant and professional as she was on the phone. My situation was completely resolved within an hour. A+ service all around!

Grateful for Jana Zettl and the Landmarc Property Management team. Had to put in an HOA ARC application for a new deck and patio and Jana made the process quick and smooth. The vendor warned me that the process could talk a long time based on his experience with ARC committees, but Landmarc's online submittal system and with Jana's responsive guidance, the application was approved in no time! Construction starts next week! Thanks Jana and Landmarc!

I have been a resident in the Villages of Courthouse Commons for almost 9 years. As one of the first homeowners here I've seen my share of change over the years. One of the most welcome and consistently wonderful changes is our Community Manager, Rose Spencer. Rose is a joy to work with, greets you with a smile and handles things quickly. And, while I'm at it I definitely want to shout out our HOA President Calvin Witcher who is literally everywhere all the time helping people. He and his family are the kindest people and I couldn't feel more informed, supported or even helped directly when I didn't know how to do something in my home. As a first time home buyer 9 years ago to now, my first experience in an HOA community has been positive and many thanks to Rose and Calvin!

How can I request resale certificate?
On the top right corner click “Order Resale Certificate”. This will direct you to the Resale Certificate Information page where you can review the fees. Once you click “Order Resale Certificate”, this will connect you to CondoCerts, our secure ordering center. You will be prompted to register. Once completed, click “Place Your Order Now!” and CondoCerts will guide you through ordering.
How can I pay my association assessments?
Payments can be made by check or money order, direct debt (ACH), online through this website or through your bank’s bill pay service. For more details on the different payment options we offer, go to the “Homeowner Links” tab above and click on “Payment” in the dropdown.
I just closed on my home. What do I do?
Congratulations on your purchase! After closing, your title company will send us a copy of your settlement paperwork and we will set up your association account.  Because it can take 1-2 weeks for us to receive the paperwork from the title company, we ask title agents to collect advanced assessments at closing, giving you some time before your first payment is due.  Once your new account is set up, we will send a welcome package to the property address including your new account number, contact information for your Community Manager and Accounts Manager and the date your first payment will be due.  If you will not be living at the property or will be moving in at a later date, please contact us with an alternate mailing address so we can make sure you receive the association information for your new property.
