I work for a local to Richmond, VA real estate title and escrow company. Throughout the course of normal business in a day we are tasked with contacting HOA management firms to request financial updates for payments to be collected for closings. This information varys from Association to Association and can sometimes be a stressful transaction and often tedious or mundane work. We are residents at Regency of Chancellorsville where Taylor Keller is the General Manager. He is very responsive to all questions, and if he doesn't know the answer he will research the question and provide an answer. When GFL refused to collect our trash on the Thursday following the recent snow and ice event, he personally drove his truck to the end of our cul-de-sac, took our trash bags out of our trash cans, and drove the trash to the transfer station. That is above and beyond his responsibility to Regency, and we are very fortunate to have Taylor as our GM.

How can I request resale certificate?

On the top right corner click “Order Resale Certificate”. This will direct you to the Resale Certificate Information page where you can review the fees. Once you click “Order Resale Certificate”, this will connect you to CondoCerts, our secure ordering center. You will be prompted to register. Once completed, click “Place Your Order Now!” and CondoCerts will guide you through ordering.

How can I pay my association assessments?

Payments can be made by check or money order, direct debt (ACH), online through this website or through your bank’s bill pay service. For more details on the different payment options we offer, go to the “Homeowner Links” tab above and click on “Payment” in the dropdown.

I just closed on my home. What do I do?

Congratulations on your purchase! After closing, your title company will send us a copy of your settlement paperwork and we will set up your association account.  Because it can take 1-2 weeks for us to receive the paperwork from the title company, we ask title agents to collect advanced assessments at closing, giving you some time before your first payment is due.  Once your new account is set up, we will send a welcome package to the property address including your new account number, contact information for your Community Manager and Accounts Manager and the date your first payment will be due.  If you will not be living at the property or will be moving in at a later date, please contact us with an alternate mailing address so we can make sure you receive the association information for your new property.
