Thank you for your interest in becoming a Landmarc Real Estate vendor.

Landmarc Real Estate is a professional common interest community association management firm facilitating the day-to-day operations of communities throughout the greater Fredericksburg and Northern Virginia regions.

Landmarc is responsible for ensuring all vendors hired to service our properties are continually screened for valid trade licenses, adequate and current insurance, and business background screening.

Landmarc does not handle either the maintenance or scheduling of needed repairs for property owned by the homeowners.

How To Become A Landmarc Vendor

Landmarc uses a third-party vendor compliance service, Vendor Information Verification Experts, LLC (VIVE), that is responsible for verifying our vendors. In order to be added as a Landmarc vendor, we require that you become VIVE certified.

Landmarc Real Estate Inc.’s staff is still working to serve all of our client’s needs; however our corporate office is closed to visitors at this time to help minimize the exposure of the public and our staff to COVID-19. If coming to the office to make a payment, please utilize the drop box alongside the front door. Please do not pay utilizing cash. Otherwise, please call before departing to visit the office to ensure that any business you may have at the office can still be conducted. We regret this inconvenience.
