How To Become A Landmarc Vendor

Landmarc uses a third-party vendor compliance service, Vendor Information Verification Experts, LLC (VIVE), that is responsible for verifying our vendors. In order to be added as a Landmarc vendor, we require that you become VIVE certified.

Effective July 1, 2023, as a result of passed legislation during the 2023 General Assembly Session of Senate Bill 1222 and House Bill 2235, all resale certificates and disclosure packets are now collectively prepared in accordance to the Virginia Resale Disclosure Act (§55.1-2307, et seq.). For additional information, please see the Homeowner Links, Resale Certificate Information page to view the required form that must accompany all certificates as well as the fee chart.
